A broken door closer in a shop is not a small job — it is a fire door that does not shut and a customer entrance that does not work. Commercial premises need the same trades as a house, but on a different clock: before opening, after closing, or between services.
We maintain offices, retail units and restaurants across the Altrincham area: joinery and door hardware, decorating, plumbing, electrical work, plastering, tiling, external repairs and reactive call-outs. Reactive repairs
The things that stop a day: a door that will not close, a blocked staff WC, a dead socket bank, a leaking basin in the customer loo, a shelf unit pulling off the wall, a broken lock. Ring it through and you will get an honest answer on when we can be there, not an automated ticket number.
Planned and periodic work
Redecoration cycles, silicone and sealant renewal, door and closer servicing, shelving and fit-out alterations, external painting, gutter clearance before winter and lamp replacement rounds. Booked in advance so it happens outside trading hours.
Landlords, agents and property managers
Managed-property work: void tidy-ups between tenancies, end-of-tenancy repairs and making-good, and the small remedial lists that come out of inspections. One firm, one invoice and a clear description of what was done, which is what makes it possible to sign off.
Fit-out and change of use
Partitioning, boxing-in, counters and back-of-house joinery, redecoration of a unit into a new brand's colours, extra power and lighting where the layout has moved, and making good the previous occupier's alterations.
