From a dripping tap to a whole new bathroom
Plumbing is where a small job turns into a big one fastest. A slow drip under a sink becomes a swollen cupboard base; a weeping radiator valve becomes a stained ceiling in the room below. Ringing early is almost always cheaper than ringing later.
We take on leak tracing and repair, tap and valve replacement, blockages, WCs and cisterns, outside taps, appliance plumbing and full bathroom installation. One Google reviewer lists leak damage repairs among several jobs we have done for them over repeat visits — the repair and the damage both dealt with by one firm.
Leaks, drips and damage
Finding where water is actually coming from — which is often not where it is appearing — then fixing the cause and repairing the plaster, timber or decoration it spoiled on the way. Isolating valves fitted where there were none, so the next small problem does not need the whole house turned off.
Taps, valves and blockages
Replacing tired taps and mixers, radiator valves, ball valves, flexible tails and traps; clearing blocked sinks, basins, baths, showers and WCs; re-sealing baths and shower trays where the silicone has failed and let water behind the tiles.
Bathrooms and cloakrooms
New bathrooms and downstairs loos installed end to end: strip out, first-fix pipework, board and tank, tile, fit sanitaryware, seal and decorate. Because the tiling, plastering, electrics and joinery are all in-house, the sequence is booked by us and not by you chasing four diaries.
Where we stop and say so
Gas appliances and boilers are legally Gas Safe work, and the site publishes no Gas Safe registration number, so we will not pretend otherwise: tell us what the job involves and you will get a straight answer on whether it is ours or whether you need a registered engineer.
