Four stages, and no surprises at any of them.
Letting a tradesman into the house is mostly an act of trust, and the way to earn it is to be predictable. Here is exactly how a job runs with us — what happens at each stage, and what you get back — so there is nothing to guess at before you ring.

Send us the list
Ring, email or message with the jobs — photos of the awkward ones help enormously. There is no minimum and no need to tidy it up into something impressive first. A list of six small things is exactly the work we are built for.
What you get at this stage
A straight answer on the phone about what is involved, what is worth doing now and what can wait — plus a note of anything that needs a specialist rather than us.

A clear price before we start
Small work is charged on our published hourly rate; anything bigger gets a written quote. Reviewers talk about a quick turnaround on quotes and good contact throughout, and that is the standard we hold ourselves to — you should never be guessing what the bill will be.

One visit, as much of the list as we can
We come with the van stocked for the trades on your list so the whole lot can be knocked off in one go where possible, instead of four separate appointments across three weeks. We turn up when we said we would — that is the single thing reviewers mention most.
What you get at this stage
A single appointment with the van loaded for every trade on your list, and a phone call if anything is going to run over your slot.

Left clean, and told what we found
We clear up after ourselves and tell you plainly what we saw behind the panel, under the sink or up at the fascia — including anything that will need attention in a year. All our work is guaranteed and completed to the highest standard, and if something is not right, we come back.
What you get at this stage
The work finished and the place tidied, plus a plain description of what we found behind the panel or up at the fascia — including anything to keep an eye on next year.
